Requesting a return

Email sales@madcleanpets.store with your order number, the item you need help with, and the reason for your request. Returns require authorization so that we can provide the applicable instructions and return address.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or does not match your order, contact us as soon as possible. Please include clear photos of the item, its packaging, and the shipping label where available.

Refunds

Once an authorized return is received and reviewed, we will confirm the outcome by email. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time after approval can vary by payment provider.

Please do not send an item to a return address until you have received return instructions from us. This helps us identify the order and process the request correctly.
