This policy applies to orders placed at MadCleanPets.

Where we ship

We currently offer shipping to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and supported European destinations.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free for delivery addresses in the United States. Shipping to Canada, the United Kingdom, and Europe is a flat $5 USD per order.

Estimated delivery

For U.S. addresses, estimated delivery is 8–16 days. For Canada, the United Kingdom, and Europe, please contact us before ordering for an estimated delivery time for your destination.

Order and shipment updates

After an order is placed, we send the order confirmation to the email address entered at checkout. When shipment information is available, the order record is updated and tracking details are sent to that same email address.
